While other companies assign foremen after the contract is signed, we will communicate with you directly, and will be present at the job site every day, personally ensuring that things are done correctly and to your satisfaction. We set and meet critical time frames, typically completing construction in about six months. We realize that many customers have another home they are selling during the building process, making it crucial that their builders stay on schedule. There are so many moving parts that have to come together at the same time. We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable experience building your home.
We focus on quality so we can give you the personalized attention and time you deserve. We are hands-on from the very beginning, personally walking you through the building process one step at a time, from the initial conversations to 3D design renderings that enable you to take a virtual tour of your new space, giving you a feel for it before we ever break ground. We guide you effortlessly, answering questions along the way, as you sit back and watch your dream home take shape before your eyes.

Listen
We personally listen to your thoughts and ideas for your dream home, your thoughts on design and your budget goals.
Design
We meet with our custom architects to relay your goals for your new home and how they can develop specifics to meet your needs.
Review
You will review the floor plans, design inspirations and budget amounts. Once you approve, sign your name to the contract and we are on our way to creating your new home.
Customize
As building begins, Ashley Doliboa can meet with you to discuss interior design as well as accompany you to visit suppliers to help advise and select the best plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring and tile, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors, trims and appliances that will be the best fit for you.

Catalyst homes include impressive finishing touches many other builders do not.
We believe all the comforts of home should be standard, such as fireplaces and mantles, crown molding, paddle fans, and cable and telephone jacks. We build in generous allowances for flooring, cabinets, and lighting, to allow for more flexibility during the design process, and we paint and trim all garage interiors to give your home the completely finished look you envision.
